Organic Green Juice with Pineapple

We've all heard the benefits of drinking Green Juice, and in my experience, it's all true! I drank it everyday in my first trimester of pregnancy and did not get any morning sickness, or a cold, or constipation, or any of those other horrible symptoms that can happen during that gruelling first trimester.
Other big benefits of drinking green juice daily is it's full of ion, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and it keeps you alkalised.

INGREDIENTS

1 x whole lime
1 x celery stick
1 x green apple
1 x handful spinach leaves
1/4 cut pineapple (canned or fresh)
250ml+ apple and guava juice or pineapple juice*
(You may want to add more or less depending on the overall consistency of your juice.)
Ice cubes

METHOD

1. Wash, chop and put all ingredients in your blender or juicer, including the juice. 
2. Blend.
3. Once all the ingredients are blended into a smooth consistency, add ice and blend again.
4. Wait until the ice becomes crushed throughout the juice (or you may want to add whole ice cubes to the juice afterwards instead.)
5. Pour and enjoy!

*NB: Juice can last up to three days in the fridge before its freshness begins to fade.
