Oxfam is a world-wide development organisation that mobilises the power of people against poverty. They provide people with the skills and resources to help them create their own solutions to poverty. For over 60 years Oxfam has been fighting against poverty and injustices in countries throughout East Asia, South Asia, The Pacific and Africa. They are advocates of the Fair Trade agreement, and honestly, they are one of my favourite humanitarian organisations. Their shop is full of creative, mindful, and seasonal products, making them the perfect stop all year round.
Where will you be buying your Easter Eggs from this year? Why not make them fair trade? Visit Oxfam and feel extra special about indulging in your chocolate cravings as every bite is a give-back to a community less fortunate than ours.

Welcome Home!
Hello Beautiful Reader!
Welcome to Muma Cas. Your one stop blog to all things positive and to do with well-being. In light of all the superficial, artificial, and deprecating media out there, I thought I'd like to shine light on something different, and considering I like a lot of things, this blog is a collective of people, places, products, philanthropy, philosophy, music, culture, and things that make you go 'Yum' in the pantry. Here I will share only positivity, love, good vibes, great tunes and great films. So, if you're ever feeling like a pick me up, come visit Muma and there'll surely be an inspiring post here to accommodate your mood.
I believe we humans are capable of extraordinary things. If you can imagine it, then you can do it. All this 'I'm not negative, I'm a realist' crap is a poor sentiment of the potential we humans possess. (If it looks like a like, walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, then it is a duck!) I believe we can 'have it all'. It may take a bit more time, patience, sweat and tears, but it's completely achievable. (We sent people to the Moon for Pete's sake!)
Being a mum, a wife, a worker and a dream pursuer, I understand life can get a little bit hectic at times and there's no panic button in sight. Hopefully this blog will act like a fairy godmother and help ease those moments before breaking point; help you stay centred when your surroundings become overwhelming; and help you remember who the heck you are again! Whether you're with child, have children or are child free, this blog will give you tips on how to indulge in a speedy TLC session when time is limited. It will help you whip up nutritious dishes in less than an hour, and it will help ignite your imagination, creativity and sense of humour again. This blog aims to give you your gumption back. It will empower you. It will love you. Because in Life, we all need a Muma. #beyourpotential #freefromlabels #happydays
Happy Reading!
Yours in Positive Karma,
a Muma

Revamp
There's an old saying that 'pregnancy takes nine months so you can get used to the idea of having a baby'. I would like to veto that saying. Really. I'm not saying I'm a hot mess, however, I'm not entirely certain I was ready to be permanently responsible for another either. Being a full-time mum/wife, part-time worker, whilst trying to pursue a dream can be a real juggling act sometimes. It can be hard to find that 'me time' we so desperately crave and need. Well, not to panic, that's what this blog is for! It's to help give proactive mothers a chance to relax, unwind, and give themselves some love. Mums and wives are so busy giving their family members love daily that they can neglect to give it back to themselves. The posts that All About A Mum publishes will hopefully unleash your imagination. It will hopefully give you back your gumption. It will help you be your potential. Because let's face it, Life always starts with a Mum.
