The power of a woman has always inspired me. What baffles me though, is how unaware the majority of females are to their power- especially nowadays. All I see around me are messages marketed at younger girls to show more and to mature ladies to age less.
It's disgusting! And unrealistic!!
I think women are like hand-crafted art…No two are ever the same. Each lady has her own unique style of hair, eyes, body, soul, smile, and mannerisms. It's beautiful, and yet, society/media would have us believe that our uniqueness is flawed and that we should all try to look like glossy, tailored version of ourselves as opposed to our natural-born selves. The objectifying of women's physical make-up really grates me!
This blog is far from a "feminist/burn-your-bra/I-hate-men" sort of thing. Instead, it will try to empower YOU within the world that we currently live in - men included. It will enrich your life with recommended activities to facilitate balance in yourself. Give you knowledge about the polarities between men and women for more happier relationships . Keep your body vibrant with fresh recipes, and hopefully give you a sense of joy in accepting yourself as an individual woman as well as being able to laugh at that fact from time to time…Let's face it, laughter is the best medicine!
Each week, I will put up a nourishing Super Food plus recipe, and I'll try to post inspirational quotes that are women-related daily. (Just to help you get out of bed in the mornings ;-))
